About me

Strategic selling, built on trust and orchestration

I've spent most of my career in enterprise technology sales, with 10+ years of experience and the most recent years focused on complex SaaS and transformation-oriented sales across marketing, CX, data and AI. I gravitate toward strategic sales, where I work with executives to understand a business problem, build an account strategy and bring multiple stakeholders together rather than selling a point solution.

I'm drawn to growth environments. Early in my career I was a founding AE at RadiumOne, where I launched the mobile product and helped build the team. At Oracle I was selected for the newly created CX Strategic Accounts team, one of 30 reps chosen from 180+. At Amperity I focused on some of the largest strategic accounts and closed a $5M TCV deal in my first year. Earlier, I helped build new revenue streams and sales teams in high-growth environments.

Today I sell Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud into large nonprofit organizations, working with CMOs, CIOs, and data and business leaders on digital transformation, data unification and AI. I achieved quota in my first year. In my second, I reached 104% of my multi-year contract goal and 94% of my renewal goal, and closed two net-new enterprise logos. I build $4–5M in pipeline every year and have met my pipeline goal each year.

What I want next: an environment where I can lean even harder into strategic enterprise selling and help build something, ideally around a technology platform that solves a meaningful transformation problem.

Salesforce: bringing data and AI to national nonprofits

Enterprise Sales Director, Nonprofit · Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud

I sell Marketing, Data and AI solutions to national nonprofit organizations, helping them modernize how they engage donors, members and constituents. I also advise major global nonprofits such as Human Rights Watch and Save the Children on data strategy and digital transformation roadmaps.

  • Cross-functional buying groups: I run complex cycles across IT, marketing, data and business leaders, positioning Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud alongside Sales, Service and Commerce Clouds.
  • Business cases tied to the mission: I build ROI analyses aligned to each organization's acquisition, retention and digital transformation priorities.
  • Matrixed deal teams: I orchestrate solution engineering, product, legal, deal desk, customer success and SI partners to quantify value and shorten sales cycles.
Result: quota in year one. In year two, 104% of my multi-year contract goal, 94% of my renewal goal and two net-new enterprise logos. I build $4–5M in pipeline annually and have met my pipeline goal every year.

Global footwear retailer: sourced it myself, then won the RFP

Enterprise retail · 6-month cycle from first outreach to close · Competing primarily against Salesforce

When I joined Amperity, I tiered my territory and identified this retailer as a top account. I prospected into it, and that outreach earned us an invitation to their RFP. The deal was driven by the CMO, CIO and VP of Marketing, but it needed alignment across IT, data engineering, procurement and their partner ecosystem.

  • Self-sourced: territory tiering and prospecting earned our place in the RFP.
  • Mutual action plan tied to their RFP milestones and a post-launch board meeting to showcase results.
  • Close partnership with procurement: multi-threaded early and brought procurement in well before negotiations, with weekly syncs with their head of procurement.
  • Partner credibility: secured an executive-level recommendation from Microsoft's Head of Retail to lower perceived implementation risk.
  • Validated before pricing: aligned solution engineering, data teams and customer success so we could deliver exactly what we proposed.
Result: closed in 6 months from first outreach: a multi-year agreement that positioned us as a strategic data partner, not a point solution.

Super Bowl activation for AT&T

Record single-day sale for the company · maximum available inventory at the time

A zero-failure, fixed-date campaign across the client's marketing team, their agency, an ad server partner, multiple publishers and our delivery team. Geo-fenced, mobile-only, delivered in an eight-hour window.

  • Pre-aligned inventory and delivery capacity before contract signature.
  • Daily alignment across agency, publishers and internal ops on pacing, targeting and performance.
  • Structured the package to capture the full opportunity using event scarcity and exclusivity.
  • When the ad server crashed, we pulled together with the vendor and the client and still delivered.
Result: repeat investment and a $2M annual partnership. Enterprise trust is built in execution as much as in the close.

From data to AI

AI is only as good as the customer data under it

For most of my career I've sold the foundation that AI runs on: unified customer data, CX platforms and the marketing systems that act on them. That's why AI conversations come naturally to me. I've spent years helping CMOs and CIOs connect data, experience and measurable business outcomes, and AI is the next step on that same path.

How I work

My account planning approach

Whether I'm taking over a territory or opening a new strategic account, I work the first 90 days the same way: understand the business before I pitch, build the plan with the buyer, then remove every risk that could stall the deal. I qualify every opportunity with PREDICT (Problem, Reason, Engagement, Decision, Impact, Cost of inaction, Timeline), the framework I learned through Untap Your Sales Potential, alongside MEDDICC.

First 30 daysPREDICT: P · R · D

Listen and map

  • Research each account's strategy, priorities and recent triggers, then rank where to focus first.
  • Run discovery to find the problem with real pain behind it, and the reason they need to act now.
  • Map the decision makers and the decision process: executive sponsor, economic buyer, IT, data, procurement and partners.
  • Learn the internal team: solution engineering, customer success, partners and deal desk.
Days 31-60PREDICT: E · I · C

Build with the buyer

  • Earn engagement at every level, multi-threading across every group that has to say yes, not just my champion.
  • Co-create a point of view and quantify the impact in their numbers, with a business case and ROI built with the customer.
  • Make the cost of inaction clear, so staying with the status quo isn't the safe choice.
  • Bring in partners and SIs early where they strengthen the plan.
Days 61-90PREDICT: T

De-risk and align

  • Build a mutual action plan that works back from the date that matters to them, through legal, procurement and signature.
  • Validate the solution with engineering, data and customer success before pricing.
  • Confirm executive sponsorship and success measures for after launch.
  • Keep pipeline building so every quarter has the next opportunities lined up.

I invest in my craft. As a Gold Member of Untap Your Sales Potential, I train alongside other top tech sellers on enterprise selling, AI-enabled prospecting and account strategy, and I bring what I learn straight into how I run my deals and territories.

Beyond the day job

Breckhaus: building an A-frame from the ground up

I led the development of an A-frame property in Breckenridge: architect, structural engineer, two general contractors and a wide network of subcontractors. When contractor performance fell short, my husband and I stepped in to self-manage the build, running timelines, budgets, permits, inspections and trade sequencing.

I also led interior design and furnishing end to end, balancing aesthetics with ROI discipline. Today I run it as a high-performing asset, using AI tools and automation for bookings, guest communication and operations.

It reinforced what I apply in enterprise sales: a clear vision, disciplined orchestration, multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, controlled risk, and a defined end goal. And yes, finishing it while staying happily married may have been the ultimate proof of project management.
